BMAC Stem Cell Therapy
BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) stem cell therapy is a regenerative treatment in which a patient’s own bone marrow is extracted, processed to concentrate stem cells and growth factors, and injected into injured or degenerated tissues such as joints, tendons, or cartilage. The concentrated solution promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and supports healing for osteoarthritis or tendon injuries. BMAC therapy is minimally invasive and leverages the body’s natural healing abilities without synthetic materials.
Medications Used
Local anesthetics such as lidocaine are injected to numb the skin and the bone marrow cavity at the aspiration site, making the procedure more comfortable for the patient.
Sedation may be used in select cases but most procedures are performed with local anesthesia alone.
