Steamboat Check‑In

Please arrive 20 minutes early to complete kiosk check‑in. Bring your insurance card(s), photo ID, and any new imaging or lab results.

What to Expect

1. Enter the clinic — the door chime will alert our team that you’ve arrived.
2. Go to the kiosk and tap “Start Check‑In.”
3. Follow the on‑screen prompts to confirm your name, date of birth, appointment, and insurance.
4. If you need help, a Boulder‑based medical assistant may appear on the Amazon Echo to assist you.
5. After check‑in, please have a seat in the lobby until you are called.
6. When directed by the kiosk or Echo, proceed to your exam room (an MA may greet you virtually again in the room).

Forms: Please complete your patient forms via the emailed IntakeQ link before your visit. You can also finish them during kiosk check‑in if needed.
