I first became interested in medicine through my work at a small, local pharmacy as a teenager and college student. That early exposure, combined with my own health journey during college, deepened my appreciation for patient-centered care and sparked a lasting interest in helping people navigate and co-manage their healthcare experiences.
I have been practicing medicine for over 20 years across multiple fields. Throughout my career, I’ve found that my greatest passion lies in helping patients maintain or improve their physical function and quality of life. Whether working with individuals experiencing low back pain, knee arthritis, or other musculoskeletal concerns, I value collaborating with patients to create personalized, effective treatment plans that support their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. You’ll often find me hiking in the Boulder foothills, mountain biking, or exploring new crafting projects in my free time.
