My interest in medicine began at a young age, inspired by my mother’s experiences as an ICU nurse and the impact that compassionate care can have on patients and their families.
My passion for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation grew through my own active lifestyle and volunteer work with adaptive sports programs across the country—including Vermont, Michigan, Utah, and now Colorado—where I saw the value of helping individuals regain independence. These experiences continue to shape my approach to patient care.
For me, the most rewarding aspect of Spine and Sports Medicine is partnering with patients to restore function and help them return to the activities that matter most to them. I enjoy having goal-oriented conversations to better understand each patient's priorities, discussing the full range of treatment options, and working together to develop a plan that best aligns with their goals, lifestyle, and values.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy golf, CrossFit, mountain biking, skiing, and pickleball.
