Aaron Stern, PA-C

  • I started out as a medical assistant in an orthopedic clinic. I enjoyed seeing how people improved after procedure-based interventions and how that care positively impacted their life and activity levels. That experience galvanized my interest in health care and becoming a PA.

I’m constantly inspired by the Boulder and Wheat Ridge patient communities I work with. My patients include many 60+-year-olds, most of whom are driven to take care of themselves and prioritize their physical wellbeing. Seeing how intentional these people are with their health and lifestyle choices is inspiring (and makes my job easier!).

Over the years I’ve learned how critical trust is for my patient relationships. Although diagnoses and imaging can feel scary or hard to understand, I reassure my patients that often their pain or limited mobility can be effectively treated with physical therapy, anti-inflammatory or regenerative medicine, and injections. Knowing there are non-surgical options is a relief for patients.

When I’m not in the clinic I’m most likely with my wife and extended family who lives nearby, running or watching football (Go Jaguars!).
