Expect a thorough biomechanical and neuromuscular evaluation focusing on your body as a whole.

MANUAL THERAPY: Restoration of normal muscle and joint relationships utilizing manual therapy; including deep tissue work, dry needling and joint mobilizations.

NEURODYNAMICS: Normal skeletal muscle and nervous system interaction. Restoration of normal nerve mobility.

STRENGH AND STABILIZATION WITH A PILATES FOCUS: Balancing muscle strength, with flexibility. Retraining your body to improve functional performance.

Physical Therapist - Phil Rolfe

Phil Rolfe, PT ATC has a degree in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology and Athletic Training. Since graduating from PT school in 1999 he has attended extensive continuing education courses with a focus on manual therapy and spinal stabilization. Phil offers exceptional care to his patients through his clinical experience, research supported manual therapy techniques, and patient specific exercise. Outside of his professional life he is passionate about spending time exploring Colorado on foot, bike and skis with his wife and 2 children.

Physical Therapist - Julie Hanson

Julie Hanson, DPT has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado. Since graduating from PT school, Julie has focused her skills in the orthopedic outpatient setting and enjoys working with a variety of conditions including spine, musculoskeletal, and sports related injuries. She has also begun coursework towards her manual therapy certification through the University of St. Augustine. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in all activities that Colorado has to offer.
